Dual Enrollment / AP Courses
Paramount High School, through the Paramount Unified School District, partners with Compton College for dual enrollment, specifically offering an Administration of Justice Early College Program where students can earn an Associate's Degree for Transfer (AS-T) and a high school diploma simultaneously. This program, which began in 2020, allows high school students to take college courses for free to gain skills and potentially reduce the overall cost and time to complete a degree. Students in the program receive personalized support to succeed in college-level coursework.
